About Us
Begin with us.
Communication Beginnings was founded by two, dually-certified Speech Language Pathologists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in order to provide evidence-based speech therapy services.
From saying your first words, to learning how to use a communication device, or participating in a meaningful conversation, we strongly believe that everyone has something to communicate and we seek to fill the gap in speech-language services by targeting the skills that are most important to our clients and their families.

Brooke Rathfon, M.S., CCC-SLP
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Brooke attended Bloomsburg University where she received a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Growing up, she always knew that she wanted to work with kids in the education field (thought she wanted to be a teacher until Senior year of high school). She is passionate about helping children find their voice. She has been working in the field for 6 years and has had experience working with K-12.
